EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Falcon Eye Philmz began in 4th April of 2015 and one of  the first project was realised in the same year.  It was developed to significantly improve the talents in Kenya and beyond. With the rapid growth of the entertainment industry in Kenya, Falcon Eye Philmz offers tremendous advantages to young and rising actors and musicians in Kenya, as well as the thousands of film makers in Kenya

Falcon Eye Philmz will be responsible to create platforms that assist artists develop their music and acting skills through mentorship and support in sharpening these skills. Falcon Eye Philmz will also be working with different tv platforms for entertainment and delivering content with educational value.

Falcon Eye Philmz has a potential base in that it’s a production company that fetches talents and signs artists that haven’t been recognized not only in Nairobi but all over Kenya.

 

 

                            

 

  THE GROUP
Falcon Eye Philmz is a filming and events management Group that will be doing Kenyan movies,series,reality shows and documentaries and also will be signing in potential musicians who will be supported and in return we will source for different platforms for the artists and give them platforms to follow their dreams and earn a living from whatever they love to do.
This group is based in Nairobi and will have both actors and musicians from different towns in Kenya.
Falcon Eye Philmz will be having auditions twice a year and the new members will be part of the Group as either active members or provision members.

Founded in 2015, Falcon Eye Philmz is a films and events management group that uses performance based approach to support Kenya’s upcoming and developing talents by giving thousands of youths the platforms to build their talent and pursue their dream carriers in various fields in the entertainment industry.

Falcon Eye Philmz seeks to transform the lives of Kenyan youths by offering another platform for employment and where Youths can get mentorship in building careers through coaching and support hence later make these youths earn a living for themselves.

STATEMENT
Kenyan Youths are talented and mostly they do follow passion. Following this considerations ,FALCON EYE PHILMZ have come up after school development and mentorship platform.

 

                           SERVICE DELIVERY
FALCON EYE PHILMZ will be both a filming team, Modeling agency,events organising and coverage, photography and videography team. Falcon Eye Philmz will be doing the following under films:
Local TV series
Local movies
Documentaries
Youtube series/movies/clips
Under film production, Falcon Eye Philmz would be humbly partnering and working with different Tv platforms to give the Kenyan viewers the entertainment, nurture the rising talents and make the Kenyan youths in the industry earn a living from doing what they love most. 

Under the artist management, Falcon Eye Philmz will be signing artists with potentials and developing their talents through the support of music productions and creating events.

Falcon Eye Philmz will also be assisting these artists source for media platforms and mentor the artists through Music business. We also aim to do more auditions and source the potential artists from the ghettos who haven’t been identified and support them through.

            FILM PRODUCTION
Falcon Eye Philmz is looking forward to create a Kenyan content that relates to Kenya and identifies the different culture appreciating every single Kenyan and uniting Kenya as one.
Contents produced by Falcon Eye Philmz will be sourced to different TV platforms and online platforms and will have a message that brings people together and appreciates the culture of our Nation.
Our main aims to do the film are:
There are a lot of Kenya youths with creative acting skills and some even find it hard to reach Nairobi (As considered home of talents), Falcon Eye Philmz wants to source these talents, mentor them ,put these talents in a content that sends a message and improve the value of our youths
Falcon Eye Philmz will be a source to mentor these producers, directors, actors, photographers, graphic designers etc and ensure they are set enough to earn a living from their long-dreamt passions.
Falcon Eye Philmz is cabbing the rates of unemployment by giving platforms to youths to discover their potentials in film production and hence ensures reduced misbehaviours in the communities.
Falcon Eye Philmz will be providing content for entertainment in different TV, radio platforms and hence bring people together with comedy contents that brings happiness and connects Kenyans.
Falcon Eye Philmz will also be creating live performances and other set book theatre groups that will be going round the schools to perform and therefore building education background of our nation .

 

                OUR FILMING AND PRODUCTION TEAM 
Will majorly be composed of:
Production Manager  will ensure all the content produced are legal and legible to the audience, the filming is done in time and at the right venues, the production team and all in and all the casts are fit for their roles, all the equipment are working and the time for shoot is set.
Directors will ensure the content being produced is in line with the script, the casts deliver the right words and emotions needed within the context and give directions of the scenes and sets
Photographers and videographers will be responsible for the shooting of the whole content, in charge of cameras and footages taken after the days shoot, handing photos taken during the shoot to the secretary ,ensuring perfection during the shoot.
Casts Will ensure they understand the script and act according to the content observing their language use
Lights operator and Sound engineer will ensure both the lighting of the set and the sound are all in line for the best takes by the videographer and will ensure safe storage of both the lighting and the boom mics.
Makeup artist and set designer will ensure the casts are made up for the different contexts and themes of the script.
Falcon Eye Philmz will ensure the content produced for Tv platform is reliable and delivers a message home through connecting the nation together and appreciating different cultures.
                   MODELS MANAGEMENT
Falcon Eye Philmz will be signing in potential models in Modeling and supporting these models by making a potfolio and opportunity seeking that involves them in their passion  to earn a living.
The main aim for Falcon Eye Philmz to sign MODELS are:
There are a lot of talents in the ghettos that haven’t been identified, Falcon Eye Philmz is looking forward to identify these models and bring them together and build them, support their journey and make them believe once more in their career. Through this Falcon Eye will not only be building models' careers but also will be helping cab the rates of unemployment in the ghettos.
   

 

   FALCON EYE PHILMZ MANAGEMENT
Falcon Eye Philmz was founded in April 5th 2015 by Rabin Lucas.He has managed to involve a number of devoted people as members of the team and together they gatherd a good number of actors, models and potential musicians and still  auditioning the potential individuals to be part of Falcon Eye Philmz.

FALCON EYE PHILMZ  has also sourced a number of filming team composing of producers, editors, photographers and videographers.

The available risks that we might face include:
Signing in talents and they don’t give their full potentials 
Investing in projects and they aren’t sourced on different channels
Going to the ghettos hoping to find the best talents
As a management company we are so hopeful of meeting the demands of the Kenyan audience by producing content that meet what they expect and yearn for.
AS Falcon Eye Philmz, we also look forward to be a streamlined business company that works hard towards ensuring the artists we have are mentored into the new revolutionised world and any content produced goes along with the demands of the media platforms.

Falcon Eye Philmz will be a major platform to mentor raw and potential talents that haven’t been identify and giving them the potential to meet other experience artists across Kenya and build up their artistic profile
This platform has a lot of artists willing to be part of it because we have no boundary that restricts any talent from being part of the team.

Falcon Eye Philmz is different since we have our focus on the talents from ghettos and upcountry, areas that less artist management go to.Moreover, Most artist management Company are ever looking for artists that have already created a brand and have successful profile:We are looking for this raw talents,mentor them,give them the best platforms and change these rising actors to be the best they have ever wanted to be.
